Job Description
Join Emerge as a consultant/facilitator supporting organisations in strategy to implementation, leadership development, and team transformation.
Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate leadership development and team capability initiatives.
- Partner with clients to diagnose organisational needs and shape practical improvement plans.
- Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable programmes and interventions.
- Support implementation through workshops, coaching and follow-up guidance.
Requirements
- Experience in consulting, facilitation, coaching or organisational development.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work across different client contexts and business environments.
- A collaborative, people-centred approach and a willingness to learn.
