Designed specifically for HR leaders and practitioners, this workshop goes beyond understanding your own profile. It explores how MD can support practical HR challenges involving leaders, teams, talent and organisational change.

What Is Management Drives?

Management Drives is a motivation and behavioural-insight framework based on six colour-coded drives. It helps people understand:

• What naturally motivates or drains them
• How they prefer to communicate and make decisions
• What they contribute to a team
• Why differences can sometimes create tension
• How they can adapt their approach to work better with others

MD is not a performance score or a label. It provides a shared language for more open and constructive workplace conversations.
